We've been working on several improvements on our mobile app, and changes had to be made to several modules on our server-side software. Here's the list of changes on the BardCanvas modules:
Core updated to version 1.12.0.4
- Added methods to the record browsers helper.
Libraries package updated to version 1.1.2
- Deprecated (not removed) Google Recaptcha PHP lib.
Accounts module updated to version 1.16.0
- Implemented Google ReCaptcha API v2.
- Added accounts browser page return pointers for addition/edition forms.
- Added records browser support for custom filters (via extensions).
- Added extension points on admin edition/creation forms to allow field injections.
Contact module updated to version 2.4.1
- Upgraded Google ReCaptcha lib to v2.
- Passed BCM version on web requests.
Comments module updated to version 1.12.0
- Upgraded Google ReCaptcha lib to v2.
Gallery module updated to version 1.13.2
- Passed BCM version on web requests.
Messaging module updated to version 2.5.9
- Code cleanup.
Posts module updated to version 1.28.3
- Passed BCM version on web requests.
Triklet main module updated to version 1.17.1
- Added extenders to inject custom fields on accounts edition/creation.
- Upgraded Google ReCaptcha API to v2.
- Added properties to custom fields on accounts browser extender to ease DOM manipulation.
Mobile Controller module updated to version 0.0.5
- Passed BCM version on web requests.
- Added account user name as parameter on authentication data return.
Mobile Posts module updated to version 0.0.5
- Passed BCM version on web requests.
Mobile Chat module updated to version 0.0.6
- Passed BCM version on web requests.
Beta version release
Yesterday we got the latest beta release on our mobile app published both on Google Play and iTunes (through TestFlight).
Here's the list of changes for this version:
- Website addition form language fixes.
- Added reload button on the left menu.
- Tuned tutorial to properly show on all display sizes.
- Added tutorial link on website addition page.
- Added fix to allow logging in with nicknames (using spaces and special characters).
- Added version number to web service calls.
The source code was pushed to the BCM repo at GitHub.
Now we're pointing towards the end of the beta cycle and get ready for production within the next couple of weeks!
