On this thread:

LAVA SoftWorks ("us", "we", or "our") developed the "Autopush for Social Networks" module for the BardCanvas Content Management System (the "Module"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of this Module.

We use your Personal Information only for providing access to the functions of the Module as defined in the Module information page located at https://bardcanvas.com/autopush. By using the Module, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection And Use

The module relies on Application Programming Interfaces ("API", "APIs") to post contents on third party websites. A requirement for the Module to function is providing public and private keys from those websites into the Module.

Since the Module can be installed on any website that works over the BardCanvas Content Management System, every website using this Module keeps the information you provide. We do not receive any copy of it whatsoever.

There might be some cases in which we provide an application on third party websites that is used to push contents to social networks on our behalf, like in Twitter or Linkedin. We stick to their privacy policies to protect your data, and the website that uses this Module in which you specify your API credentials will keep them in their records, without us receiving any copy of it.

Log Data

This Module logs its operations on a local directory in the website where it is installed. Only administrators of the website will be able to access that log.

Communications

We never receive communications from either this Module or the websites it might be installed.

Cookies

This module doesn't use cookies.

Security

This Module encrypts information on the website's database so credentials are safe in case of a database exploit. Only the admins of websites in which the Module is installed know the encryption keys used to protect data on their databases.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 26, 2032 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Module after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
